Story:
Work is always an important factor then a name. Some one’s name can be light even he or she is blind. Name is a factor to identify someone. This name can bring the glory whe he or she can achieve success towards his or her work.
Nazma was a girl of a poor family. Once upon a time she expressed that she had not much opportunity to eat twice a day also shep was not able to go to school to become educated. She grows with the proverty.

She gets married while she was chield as like other villege girl. She thought she can now able to eat three times a day. But what is loted can not be bloted. Her husband was a lazy kind of person. Her husband dosen’t not wants a take the resposbility of the family. The poor income of this family was not sufficient to feed the all family members three times a day. For this reason she has to work as a servent to others house to do some extra income. She was becoming sick by her had labor. She doesn’t have enough money for her treatment. She started beging door to door for her treatment. Though she is sick she had to work to feed herself. But she was not able to work properly.
One day one of our staff and tried to show a new way of life, after listening all her history. Field staff of Jaria Union in NRDS project area formed a functional education (FE) group with the participation of 20 members. The name of this FE group was “Bridge land less women cooperation”. Nazma joined in this group and begin group activities with other group members. After completing functional education these group members started their savings activities. Nazma took loan of taka 500 from this group and start selling home made cake to the local villege market and school area. She found that this business is very profitable rather then working as a servent. After repaying her loan to the savings group she again took loan of taka 1000 and start sellng icecream to the local market. Every day she used to sell ice cream of taka 200 to taka 300. From the profit she used to repay her loan. Whit her hard labor now she is self sufficient and can able to earn about 3000 taka every month. Often she tried to remember her past life. She expressed to our staff that Symbiosis showed realy healped her a lot and showed her a new way of life.
